David McKie
CEO and Founder
David is a serial entrepreneur who has worked across several verticals including soft drinks, property, gaming, technology and Fintech.
David sold his first software technology business Solaris Labs to Monster Media in USA in 2010.
David then launch SWAGGA soft drink sponsoring the Notting Hill Carnival in 2011 with drinks powerhouse Halewood International and today still owns brand across clothing and several classes.
In 2016 after a 5 year spell in the London Mayors promotional agency David founded 6AM Development in partnership with Transport for London which houses 25 creative businesses today in Hackney, East London.
David went back to technology routes in 2020 launching SWAGGA launchpad funding media and Web 3 projects like OpenLAB and Wakweli working with top technology blockchains like Zilliqa, Binance and Ripple.
Van Orton Capital established in 2021 is now primarily focused on Fintech and Tokenisation projects and modernising traditional industries like Transport using tools like AI and blockchain.
